When you request an estimate or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, project location, project details, timeline, and photos or other files. We also retain normal business communications and estimate records.

How we use information

• Evaluate, schedule, and perform masonry work.

• Maintain customer service and business records.
• Prevent misuse of our forms and systems.

Google services and other providers

Our estimate and media workflows may use Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail, or Google Apps Script. Information submitted through those tools is also handled under Google's applicable privacy terms. Website hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Project photos and gallery media

Media placed in the private team upload workflow is reviewed before publication. Approved project photos may appear in our public gallery, social media, or business materials. Customers may ask us not to publish identifiable project media or may request removal by contacting us.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, when needed to complete requested work, or when required by law. We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for estimates, projects, accounting, legal obligations, and normal business operations.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you previously submitted, subject to records we need to retain for legal or business purposes. You can also call instead of using an online form.
